This Swop Out Policy is only applicable to TVT, Peak Power and Safer products if:
• The unit is not in working order, and
• The unit is under warranty An original invoice MUST accompany a faulty unit.
Any other product will have to be returned to our respective supplier and thereafter we will advise whether or not it can be replaced.
